Off the leash is off the hook! Carmel beaches are pet friendly. That lands this location a spot in our hearts as a dream destination for dogs and their owners. Carmel Beach is an idyllic resort community that boasts a moderate temperature year round - perfect for enjoying the water and sun. The sandy beaches and wide expanses are great for romping and playing with other water loving pals.

It is also a pet loving community with numerous restaurants catering to four legged visitors. The Cypress Inn (owned in part by Doris Day) greets pet guests with treats and allows pets for an afternoon tea by reservation. Many shops have hitching posts outside and several allow pets inside as well. A recent addition to the Carmel plaza is the "Fountain of Wolf" which is a dogs only drinking fountain.

Enjoy City Nightlife with your Pet Sky Bark - Los Angeles, CA & Boston, MA

Everyone likes to have a night out with their best friends. Sky Bark knows this and includes your best furry friends too! Sky Bark club treats visitors, both human and canine, with terrific views of the downtown LA skyline. At Sky Bark everyone can enjoy a social environment with cocktails and food in a lively atmosphere. Live music, complete with DJ's and a gigantic 3000-square-foot doggy play area, all add to the fun. Forbes.com ranked Colorado Springs as one of the most pet friendly places in the country. We have to agree! Set in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, this is a place to mark on the map. Colorado Springs boasts a variety of pet friendly accommodations. For example, you must check out the Broadmoor. They provide bedding and food bowls, a complimentary pet treat and the "Pitty Pat Pet Menu" where your dog can call room service 24 hours a day. But, as we all know, traveling with your pet means more than simply finding lodging. It involves places to go and activities to do with your pet once you arrive.

Colorado Springs is a pet lover's playground. There are plenty of amazing outdoor activities including hiking, rock climbing and fishing. With an average 250 days of sunshine per year those activities are done year round! Colorado Springs also has more than 10,000 acres of public park space and features seven dog parks. With luxurious views, plenty of activities and great weather, Colorado Springs is the perfect outdoor destination!

THE Place to Stay with your Pet Paw House - Mount Snow & Killington, VT

The Paw House Inn in Vermont caters to you and your dog. Dog lovers themselves, the owners wanted to create the perfect pet friendly travel accommodations. That is what spurred the creation of this fantastic bed and breakfast. Each room at the Paw House features a custom built dog bed, private bathroom and much more.

Four legged guests have use of the Paw House Park, where they can run and play freely. The Paw House also has a doggie day care facility (Mario's Playhouse) for the times your baby can't come with you on your outing.

The Killington location features an outdoor "Dog-In" movie theatre to watch movies with your special friend during the summer months. Not only does the Paw House itself have wonderful pet friendly activities, but the surrounding cities offer events, restaurants and attractions where your pet friends are welcome!
