Underwater Worlds was created by Harold Isaak with both his experience in public education,and in designing and maintaining freshwater and saltwater aquariums in mind. This resulted in creating a business very different from others. Underwater Worlds is not a retail store. However, aquarium sales, installation, design and maintenance are vital parts of his business model. The combination of both aquarium system design and professional long-term maintenance allows clients to have a positive aquarium experience.

Underwater Worlds also offers a variety of educational opportunities. These unique opportunities include instructional classes and workshops, as well as a traveling tidal pool containing a variety of sea stars, crabs, and urchins. Since all the living things in the tidal pool are safe to touch, participants find this experience both fun and educational; a perfect activity for classrooms, birthday parties, and church and community events. Underwater Worlds truly wants to engage everyone in learning opportunities that help them develop an interest and appreciation of the underwater world.

As scientific research continues to pinpoint the benefits of people's interaction with aquariums, more and more businesses and individuals are truly recognizing the need for an aquatic system in their home or place of business. Underwater Worlds maintained aquariums can be found in public schools, colleges, residential care centers, professional offices, and homes throughout the area. Harold says, "One of the best parts of my job is seeing people excited by the development and growth of their captive living reef and answering the many questions as they are awed by the diversity and uniqueness of life found in both the aquarium and tidal pool." He also enjoys designing and creating aquatic displays that are aesthetically pleasing to people and have a healthy impact on a client's quality of life.
